Awful customer experience. Anywhere else you walk in to buy a top up, you say what you need, pay mostly contact less, you walk out. Not here. First it took a while trying to explain what I wanted - two ten pound top up vouchers, then he needed to type my details into their computer, including my credit card digits!!? (Nothing to do with the payment) then he wouldn't accept contactless even though the machine allowed it, and apparently it's all because O2 wants to make sure it's all legitimate. My last visit.
